Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the main control center of your Crypto Dispensers account. It shows your balances, provides access to available payment methods, displays your transaction history, and guides you through deposits, purchases, and account management. This guide walks you through each section so you can quickly understand how your account works and where to find what you need.
Account Balances
This view displays the balances associated with supported deposit methods.
- Cash balance: Appears at the top of the dashboard and updates in real time after in store cash deposits.
- Wire transfer balance: Visible inside Buy Bitcoin under Wire Transfers. This balance is separate and does not appear on the main dashboard.
- Debit and credit card purchases: These do not fund a Crypto Dispensers balance. Purchases completed through our partner deliver Bitcoin directly to the wallet you enter at checkout.
Not all purchase methods fund a balance. Some options deliver Bitcoin directly to your wallet at checkout.
Deposit Options
From the dashboard, you can start any supported deposit or purchase in just a few steps. Each payment method includes clear step by step instructions.
- In store cash deposits: Select Add Cash to generate your barcode for the cashier.
- Wire transfers: Select Buy Bitcoin, then choose Wire Transfers to view your bank instructions.
- ACH transfers: Available through supported ACH push options inside the Buy Bitcoin tab.
- Debit and credit card purchases: Available through our partner inside Buy Bitcoin. These purchases send crypto directly to your external wallet.
Buying Bitcoin
When funds are available in your balance, you can buy Bitcoin using your cash or wire balance. Before confirming, you will always see a full summary showing the price, fees, and the amount you will receive.
- Purchases using your cash or wire balance
- Clear pricing and fee transparency
- Complete order history stored in your account
- Withdraw Bitcoin to any external wallet you control
Navigation Tabs on Your Dashboard
The left navigation panel provides quick access to key tools and account features.
- Wallet: Add or update the external wallet where Bitcoin from cash and wire purchases will be delivered.
- Rewards: Track cash deposit milestones, bonuses, and reward progress.
- Referrals: Access your referral link and monitor invited friends.
- Transactions: View all deposits, purchases, withdrawals, and pending activity.
- Bitcoin price chart: Monitor live market pricing before completing a purchase.
Verification Status
Your verification status appears directly on the dashboard. Verification is required for regulated payment methods such as cash deposits, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. You can begin or complete any pending verification steps from this section.
Transaction History
This section provides a complete view of all activity completed through Crypto Dispensers, helping you track and review your account at any time.
