Why You Must Only Add Wallets You Personally Own and Control
To keep your Crypto Dispensers account safe and compliant, you may only add Bitcoin wallets that you personally own and control. This means the wallet must be created by you, secured by you, and accessible only to you. Adding or using someone else’s wallet is not allowed under our security policies and may result in your account being closed.
Why You Must Use Your Own Wallet
When you buy Bitcoin through Crypto Dispensers, your purchase is delivered directly to the wallet you add to your account. Because we never custody or hold your Bitcoin, it is critical that the wallet belongs to you. Using any wallet that is not under your full control puts your funds and your account at risk.
- You must own the wallet and have full access to it.
- No one else should help you set up your wallet.
- You must not enter, add, or use a wallet belonging to another person.
- Your account may be closed if a non-personal wallet is used.
This protects you from fraud, prevents unauthorized transfers, and ensures compliance with financial regulations.
Can I Send Bitcoin to Someone Else
Yes. Once your Bitcoin is delivered to your personal wallet, you can send it anywhere you choose. You are free to move your funds to another wallet, an exchange like Coinbase or Binance, or any destination you want.
The key requirement is that the first stop must always be your own wallet. Crypto Dispensers cannot and will not send Bitcoin to any wallet that you do not personally own.
Wallet Safety Tips
- Create your wallet yourself using a trusted wallet app.
- Never let anyone else set up your wallet or hold your recovery phrase.
- Never share screenshots, passwords, or seed phrases with anyone.
- If someone told you which wallet address to use, do not use it.

This includes wallets given to you by friends, strangers, “helpers,” online contacts, social media, or anyone claiming they can assist you.
