Quick answer
Cancellation depends on the transaction stage. A transaction may sometimes be stopped before payment is completed or crypto is sent, but confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
Check the transaction status
- Not started or abandoned: no cancellation may be needed.
- Payment pending: contact Support promptly; processing may already be underway.
- Crypto sent: blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.
- Sell payout pending: contact Support before the bank payout is completed.
- Swap processing: the conversion may not be cancelable after execution begins.
What to do
- Open the transaction in your dashboard.
- Record its status and reference number.
- Do not submit a second transaction to correct it.
- Contact Support immediately if the details are wrong or the payment is unauthorized.
Refund eligibility
Any available refund depends on the payment method, transaction status, costs already incurred, and applicable terms. Support must review the specific transaction and cannot promise a refund before that review is complete.
Unauthorized activity
Secure your email and financial accounts, contact your bank or card issuer when appropriate, and notify Crypto Dispensers Support immediately.
See how this applies
Example: while following “Can I Cancel, Reverse, or Refund a Crypto Transaction?,” compare the live screen with the steps above before submitting. If a required option or status is different, stop, save the reference and a redacted screenshot, and ask Support to review that exact stage.
Before you contact Support
First apply the checks in this article. If the issue continues, keep the request focused on this transaction or account event and include:
- transaction or swap reference
- asset and network
- wallet address with the middle characters hidden
- transaction ID and status shown
Remove full payment numbers, government identifiers, passwords, one-time codes, private keys, and recovery phrases from every screenshot or message.
